If you wish to receive a VAT invoice for your stay, please provide the invoice details before making the deposit or full payment.
A prepayment of 30% of the total booking value is required to guarantee the reservation.
The reservation may be cancelled free of charge up to 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.
If the reservation is cancelled within the above-mentioned period, the prepayment will be refunded within 7 days from the date the cancellation request is received.
If the reservation is cancelled after this period or in the event of a no-show on the arrival date, Villa Aqua will retain the prepayment amounting to 30% of the total booking value.
On the day the reservation is made, a payment equal to 100% of the total booking value is charged.
Reservations made under the Non-Refundable Rate cannot be cancelled free of charge or modified.
In the event of cancellation, change of stay dates, shortening of the stay, or failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date (no-show), Villa Aqua will charge the Guest the full value of the booked stay.
Payments made under this rate are non-refundable.

The Guest has the right to submit a complaint regarding the services provided by Villa Aqua in writing, by e-mail to the Villa Aqua e-mail address, or in person.
The complaint should include information enabling the identification of the Guest, a description of the issue, and, where possible, the preferred method of resolving the matter.
Villa Aqua will review the complaint within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt. If additional information is required, this period may be extended, and the Guest will be informed without undue delay.
Villa Aqua will notify the Guest of the outcome of the complaint using the same method by which the complaint was submitted, unless the Guest indicates another preferred method of communication.
